Please note that the above quoted rate in inclusive of breakfast & all taxes for the entire self catered. The inclusive rate is with 10% service charge, 5% value added tax (VAT) and 5% state consumption tax. For non-guaranteed reservation, a deposit will be required ahead of arrival, this is to enhance commitment to reservations made.

Check-in time is from 1pm on arrival day. An additional 50% on room rate will be charged for all check-out after 12noon until 6pm: 100% of room rate will be chargeable for check-out after 6pm.

Children's Policy
